Elizabeth: A professional grant writer, English teacher, Star Trek fanatic, cancer survivor, and mother of two, I hold a BA in English & Comparative Literature, BS in Secondary Education, MEd in Higher Education Administration and Teaching College English, and a certificate in Nonprofit Executive Leadership. My volunteerism includes grief support for families who have experienced a significant death, family homelessness, Girl Scouts, the American Cancer Society, and sewing masks for COVID-19 prevention. I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs, camping, and in the garden with my hands in the dirt, growing flowers and food.
